Held senior line management roles in:

Cadbury Trebor Bassett, Perrier, Duracell and Gillette – 15 years International experience including  5 years as Head of Group Customer Development in the Gillette AMEE Region (Africa / Asia, Middle East and Eastern Europe) reporting directly to the Group President.

Since leaving Gillette in 2006 Steve has successfully been running Axina Solutions Ltd, working in both Europe and emerging markets driving key strategic customer initiatives with a number of global household names.

Everyone at Axina has at least 15 years of commercial experience. We have extensive consultancy experience in everything from capability development to category management, shopper marketing, Distributor Management and Pricing & Trade terms.
